SED Rewards are awarded after payment is received for qualifying purchases. Awards are provided to SED customers, in the name of the company and the individual who registers as the authorized representative for the company. Points are awarded net of returns. Customers must be in good standing at time of point awards.
To be eligible, customers must purchase goods at standard SED prices. Customers with special pricing structures may not be eligible and specific orders with special pricing may not be eligible.
All products offered for sale during the program period are subject to availability from SED.
In the event of any questions or interpretations of the rules, the decision of SED will be final.
All rewards are considered by the IRS to be taxable income. Reward recipients are solely responsible for any state, local or federal tax liability on rewards.
Maintenance of the security of your SED Rewards account is reseller's responsibility. Please guard this information as you would your credit card or bankcard number, including how it is used by the employees (current and previous) of your organization. SED is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the SED Rewards Card or of this information.
SED and its program partners reserve the right to change program rules, regulations, rewards and special offers at any time without notice. SED also reserves the right to end the program at any time, without notice. SED may initiate changes impacting qualifying products, customer eligibility and rules for earning points. SED also reserves the right to disqualify any company from further participation in the Rewards program by deactivating the individual or company's log-in if, in SED's sole judgment, that company or individual has violated SED's program rules. Disqualification may result in loss of accumulated points or the cancellation of any unused points.
