Return Authorization Procedures

Returning a Defective Product:

You must get an RA Number from Customer Service before returning merchandise. Items must be returned in the original box with all cables, manuals and other components included.


Television and Monitor Return Policy

The following procedure guideline and policy is made effective December 1, 2009. This is intended to streamline the process of product return to SED International, Inc., and allow our Customers an additional resource when the manufacturers’ defective return process has been exhausted. Please note: it is the Customer responsibility to inspect and refuse any product with apparent physical damage. Prior to any return of product, the Customer must contact the RMA Department for an authorization number.

Concealed Damage
The exterior carton must be free of apparent damage or abuse. The damage must have occurred in transit, which excludes lost or missing accessories. The claim must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Return to Stock (RTS)
Unopened product without damage may be returned if it suitable for return to good stock within 30 days of delivery with authorization.

Defective Stock
If a Customer has exhausted the manufacturer’s policy and requires additional support, SED may repair or replace the product at its discretion under the following condition: The product must be returned with all accessories and documentation, with no physical damage or markings which would preclude it from repair and resale. Any television or monitor in excess of 32 Inches must be over boxed or affixed to a pallet for protection. The return must be authorized by the RMA Department via telephone (770) 243-1650 or email at pedmondson@sedintl.com
