Shipping Errors / Freight Damage
All shipping errors (incorrect, missing or incomplete items) and all freight damage (visible or concealed) must be reported within SEVEN DAYS of delivery. Missing boxes and any visible damage must be noted in writing with the carrier at time of delivery.
