Dead On Arrival Policy:

Products which are defective or inoperable at first use are eligible for a DOA return to SED International up to 30 days from the date of the invoice, if the manufacturer allows returns through SED. Some products are covered for longer periods. Subject to the manufacturers' warranty, SED International will replace the defective product if it is returned with in the 30-day period.
