SED International Announces SED Rewards™ Incentive Program

December.24.08

ATLANTA, GA (December 24, 2007)… SED International, Inc. today announced SED Rewards™, an incentive program which pays dollars back for purchases of consumer electronics and computer technology products. Points are loaded onto an American Express® branded SED Rewards™ Card which can be used at over 180 merchants, including SED.

"We are excited to introduce an incentive program which provides real value for our customers," said Jonathan Elster, Executive Vice President of SED International. "We are always looking for ways to add to our core offerings and customer benefits." SED is known for delivering high levels of service through dedicated account representatives, customized programs, and a philosophy of close partnership with both its customers and vendors.

Customers can register for the SED Rewards® program starting today, with point accruals beginning on January 1st, 2008. Program details can be obtained through the company’s account representatives at any of SED’s five US locations.

"It was important that we develop a program that rewards our customers in a real way and is not restrictive to only a limited number of awards," said Rob Kalman, VP of Marketing for SED International. "Some programs of this type give you points that can be traded in for specific prizes. With American Express®, we are able to give real dollars that can be spent in a myriad of ways."

Among the over 180 retail, online, and travel providers accepting the American Express® branded SED Rewards™ Card are Amazon.com, 1-800-FLOWERS.com®, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Pottery Barn®, Avis®, Disneyland® Resort, Marriott® Hotels and Resorts, and Royal Caribbean® International. The Card can also be used to purchase through SED.
