Audiovox signs SED International to Distribution Agreement

Atlanta, GA (July 21, 2008) - SED International, Inc., a leading wholesale distributor of consumer electronics, computer, and cellular products announced a distribution agreement with Audiovox Corporation to supply the company's popular line of audio and video products under the Audiovox, RCA, Acoustic Research, Terk, and Jensen brand names.

Audiovox provides audio / video products across one of the broadest ranges of product categories in the industry. Product categories include portable DVD players, flat-panel televisions, digital picture frames, home stereos, and consumer accessories such as remote controls.
