TUCKER, GA – June 01, 2010– SED International Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:SECX), a multinational supply chain management provider and distributor of leading computer technology, consumer electronics, small appliances and cellular products, today announced that its Latin American subsidiary has signed a distribution agreement with Dell Inc.

Under the agreement, SED will distribute Dell’s desktop, notebook and netbook PCs and other products to customers in the Latin American region. Dell products began shipping to SED’s retailer and Small to Medium Business customers in May 2010.
