 Biography
Lyle Dickler, CFO, Secretary and Treasurer
Mr. Dickler joined SED in June 2005 as Corporate Controller and assumed the positions of Secretary and Treasurer in August 2005. He advanced to Vice President of Finance in July 2006 and was appointed to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer in May 2008. Previously, Lyle served as Controller for Okabashi Brands, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, and from 2001 to 2003 as Controller for PAI Industries, Inc. Mr. Dickler graduated from Emory University in 1991, and also earned his Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University in 1994.
